We have been using the team at EAW for more then 5 years with two our of cars. they have always been honest and have never charged us for a service that we did not need. They are not the cheapest provider in the area. But, when you own a Mercedes, you need to be able to trust your service provider as the Mercedes are not cheap to fix no matter where you go. Besides, you get what you pay for and with EAW, we get great service, friendly people for what we pay for.

As a life long car enthusiast, I take my cars and their performance very seriously. EAW gets the job done on my 31 year old VW or my contemporary Porsche. Thanks guys!

Great clutch work and delivered as promised. Good communication as well. Loved the report at the end along with the conclusion of my visit. Lost half a star because they thought my window became stuck while being serviced. Come to find out my BMW won't roll all the way up when the door is ajar. Funny looking back, would not have been if it was actually stuck.

Brought in my Porsche as I was concerned about it burning oil or something wrong, but Cliff and his colleagues took a detailed look and figured out nothing was amiss. What really struck me is how easy it would have been for them to fool me into doing some expensive (and unnecessary) repair - instead, they just did the 'decent thing' and saved me a bundle. Punctual, courteous and clear explanations: couldn't ask for more, really.

Great service at reasonable rates. Took care of me in a swift and professional manner. I would recommend the shop to friends and family.

European Auto Works did an excellent job with the front lights of my car! I thought my eye sight was just bad at night.. But after the headlamp aiming alignment procedure, I found out that there was nothing wrong with my night vision. My car has a good light now! I can see the tracks clearly, and have a better view during curves. I will definitely take my car there next time. They are pricey but its worth it!
